About the Role
Primary Responsibility:
• The Communication Manager will take responsibility to make sure each Wrangler Crews have Short Wave Radios in their Trucks and Walkie-Talkies for each crew member and the support crews.
• The Communication Manager is responsible for all the radio equipment and to make sure they are operational, their batteries are charged, and that they have extra batteries.
• The Communication manager will also select the frequencies which will be used by the Crews and be the Central Communication Command for all the Wrangler crews and Support crews.
Requirements
Have a Ham Radio license and a ham radio in the 300 MHz band to monitor weather forecasts and communications with the Tornado Wranglers and their support crew. &Nbsp;
About the Company
We are a non-profit research organization powered by our founder’s funds and public donations. We plan to create several experiments to evaluate on dust devils; to measure the charges moving in the dust devils and to create videos to show how we can stop, move, and kill them with electric charges and magnetic fields. Once we complete those tasks, then it is just a matter of scale to scale up the equipment to be able to control Tornadoes. By year 3, we will be ready to attack Hurricanes at Sea and show we can Stop, Move and Kill Hurricanes.
