The McLaine Institute For
Tornado and Hurricane Mitigation Research

We can control Tornadoes & Hurricanes!

  • No one should lose their home or businesses

  • No one should be injured or die

  • We can restrain them in one place

  • We can move them away from cities and people

  • We can weaken their strength and kill them

How to Kill Tornados & Hurricanes? 15 Mins

Our Research Summary

Our research has revealed that all circulating storms are created by moving charged particles. In the hurricane above, it is negative electrons coming from the sky

that flows down the center of the tubes to discharge with dust on the bottom of the ocean. Positive charged dust wraps around the electrons and moves to the top of the hurricane to discharge with electrons from the sky. Electric discharge occurs at both ends of the tube. Moving charges create spinning magnetic fields around their moving path.  It is these spinning magnetic fields that spin the water and the air around the electron tubes and create the cyclonic movement. These magnetic fields also hold the positive and negative charges apart so they can't discharge in the tubes. Since they are spinning counterclockwise, according to Maxwell's Equation of Curl, it must be electrons moving down and positive charges moving up.

Dust Devils, Tornadoes and Hurricanes are all created by the same process as Lightning Strikes. ELECTRIC DISCHARGE. They are just slower to discharge. A Hurricane is actually a group of Tornadoes. In a Hurricane, each tube is a Tornado.

Our plan is to create several experiments to test on Dust Devils; to measure the charges moving in the Dust Devils and to create videos to show how we can Stop, Move and Kill them with Electric Charges and Magnetic Fields we create.  Once we complete those tasks, then it is just a matter of scale to scale up the equipment to be able to control Tornadoes.  By Year 3, we will be ready to attack Hurricanes at Sea and show we can Stop, Move and Kill Hurricanes.
